Blizzard have built no ordinary ski, designed to give you the confidence to find your own line, be your own person, and most importantly, chase the kind of gravity-defying, face-melting fun you can only find on a pair of skis. Born to defy the ordinary, the Anomaly 88 is the ski you reach for when the day is shaping up to be anything but ordinary. Packing a redesigned Trueblend woodcore and all-new FluxForm All-Mountain metal layup, the 88 is just as at home devouring groomers as it is smashing bumps or disappearing into the woods on a pow day. You don't need another 'all-mountain' ski — you need an Anomaly.
Our Ski Testers Opinion
Blizzard took the Brahma 88, my go-to ski for many years, and just made it even better! More agile than ever, but without any loss of the sure-footed feel that has made the Brahma so incredibly popular for years.

Trueblend all-mountain wood core An exclusive blends of woods providing 3 areas of density.
High density wood stringers The TRUE BLEND WOODCORE technology is made of a blend of two different woods. The high density wood stringers are built into the ski wood core. By modifying their length and number, Blizzard can control the flex very precisely. Harder flex in the center where you need more strength and softer in the tip and tail for more forgiveness and an easy power release.
The right flex where you need it Thanks to the True Blend WoodCore technology Blizzard are able to control the flex precisely through the whole length of the ski, maintaining the desired response for all sizes.
